I replaced 1 of my 2 Air Conditioner units. My house is 20 years old. Brent came in and evaluated my needs - listened carefully as to what I was trying to accomplish and delivered exactly what we agreed upon. During the installation we ran into problems - not cause by Brent and his company - it was due to the age of my house and the condition of my Ducts - Got those cleaned and Brent and his guys came back immediately and completed their work - they statyed with me and supported me through what could have been a terrible experience - their whole team went way above and beyond what anyone could have expected - Job well done.

Thomas Hereford was great to work with, installation crew were quick, and courteous, They did an above average clean up when done. I had 4 other estimates, all were higher, and all gave me a 2 day installation, they started when scheduled 9 am, and were done by 3 pm. I could not be happier. Our other unit will need replacing in the next year or two, I'm sure I will call Thomas at TDAC to have that done as well.

Due to the economy my credit took a major hit and Air Serve is the only ones willing to bend over backwards and work with me. Kevin and Neil should be commended on a job well done!
