"Mr. Van Ness arrived in a timely fashion, carefully assessed problem, then gave me an estimate to complete the repairs. He showed me the dirt impacted coils that were causing the a/c to fail, then gave us suggestions to better maintain our system, and addressed our questions about allergy filtration. He was polite, patient, and hard-working. We've used several different a/c and heating companies over the past 6 years and none of them have I ever wanted to call back.
