My husband and i were really impressed that he took the time to explain everything and didn't send a 'representative of the company', and Jennafer in the office is an absolute delight and knows the roofing business well. Whenever we called with questions it was always Mr. Chavez-Reyes (owner) or Jennafer who returned calls or answered our questions. We have already told 3 neighbors about this company. The work was completed quickly and the completed roof is excellent!! The workman were all very nice they cleaned up everyday before leaving. I felt that Mr. Chavez-Reyes went above and beyond what we were expecting. He and Jennafer were always kind, listened well, called back to make sure our questions or concerns were addressed and that we understood not only the work process but the billing process as well. Most of us women have that intrinsic 'gut feeling' and as i said at the beginning of this I told my husband that i 'just know these are people who will do the roof' even before we had the other company bids.
