"I am very satisfied with service and results from Kevin at Hannon’s HVAC Solutions. I placed a quote request at 6:30 am and Kevin reached out within 5 minutes. He was on site in 3 hours and began troubleshooting. He explained everything he was doing, how the system works and what was wrong. He fixed some issues but still had no heat. He thought we’d need a new coil and left to check on a new coil and to see if ours was under warranty. He called later in the day and said he thought of another issue that could be causing the problem. He came back at 5:30 pm to check that issue. He replaced a part and got heat going. He will come back with a couple of other new parts for the final fix but he got heat working! Kevin is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Hannon’s HVAC Solutions."
