"GM Rob Workman was great to work with. He gave us ALL info on the deck product so it was easy to make our decision. Production Manager Alex Khatskin was amazing to work with,he was available by phone, text, or email all the time, even nights and weekends. Alex answered all questions right away, even suggested new ideas which we used. The construction crew was extremely great to work with and they cleaned up the work site every day. Over my 50 years of working with contractors I would say these guys are in the top 2-3 of all. I recommend these guys 100%."

"From beginning to end, Intelligent was able to communicate to me the details of my project, and worked hard to ensure I was satisfied with the finished product. Our final deck looks wonderful, and the craftsmanship is top notch. Admittedly I am not an expert with deck construction. I received multiple bids from many contractors, and ultimately decided to go with Intelligent as they were able to demonstrate they know the business well as evidenced by explaining how the deck business worked, and explained to me how my money would be used. I appreciated the constant communication from Mike and Tim, answering any and all questions I had about the construction process, and why things were being done certain ways, from flashing, to how the roof was built. Again, being that I am not an expert, I went to the internet many times to investigate how something should be done, and every time Intelligent agreed with the process, and showed me how they followed best construction standards to date. During the project, we asked for a few changes to the original plans, and Mike worked to ensure everything was complete without price gauging us. "When we hired Brian and his team to remodel our house, we were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship, professional attitude, and level of work ethic. They showed up everyday, on time, & didn't quit until the job was done. He painted the interior of our home, fixed & painted all of our doors, ripped out old flooring & installed new flooring, installed new baseboards along with other smaller projects. They are able to handle everything. It is so great walking into our home now. There isn't any project they can't handle. Prior to this remodel, they power-washed the outside of our home, fixed some damage to our siding, and fixed a leak in our roof. They also replaced some drywall in our foyer that was damaged by a leak. Brian's entire team worked so hard and offered very valuable advice when I wasn't sure what direction to go. I'm already working on another list of projects for them. I can't recommend them enough.Their prices are extremely reasonable. They can do it all, I promise!"
