The technicians were on time, careful within my home, cleaned everything when finished and removed a dead snake within the ducts. That's why we contacted them. It was a horrible, smelly job. When the dead snake was removed and put in a box, the technician would not let me carry it out. Instead, he gave it to his assistant to remove from the house. (Thank Goodness!) Overall, the technicians deserve a five star rating. We will hire them again in the future.
