"We had a wet basement, so we had foundation work done, and a sump pump installed. The work was done in March, but we have waited until well into the rainy season to submit this review, so we could be sure there were no further water problems. Dan, Tony, and the men who assisted Tony were excellent! Dan told us the work would take four days, but they completed it in three. They dug up a small mountain of soil in the backyard while working on the foundation, and their clean up job was very clean. They also took special care to protect belongings when installing the sump pump. Thank you."

"I got several proposals from different companies to address my basement flooding and foundation issues. Caleb, with Classic Home Advisors, was the best from the very beginning. He understood the issue and explained to me a few options available to me to address the issues with my basement flooding. The proposal was clear and indicated exactly what and how the work was going to be performed. It took 1 week from start to finish and throughout the execution of the project, I was kept informed of their progress. More important than everything, I already can tell that the repairs to my basement were successful. We have had 2 main rain events since they finished the work and the basement is dry. The foundation repairs looks solid. Iâ m extremely happy with the final outcome of my basement project. Classic Home Advisors did an outstanding job. I have no reservations in recommending them for any of your water proofing projects, or for that matter, any home improvement projects."

While other companies used all kinds of tricks to scare us, give us high estimates and then a discount etc., we had the best experience with JES Basement systems. The sales associate Rich Thomas was a really nice guy who explained to us all our options without using any kind of pressure tactics. We signed a contract and later had to cancel it due to personal reasons. Even after that the office staff Susan Harris was really pleasant and agreed to refund our deposit without any hassle. It was definitely a refreshing experience to deal with such pleasant and helpful staff through out the company which is a rare thing these days when most companies are out to just get your money. This is definitely an indication of the good character and integrity of the company, its owner, and its staff.
