He was punctual, professional and respectful. He took the time to explain how the machine works and to maintain them. Even though he couldnt fix my washer, he still gives me good advice, thorough explanation and suggestions in hopes to salvage the machine with transparent price or to see where I can save if I should fix it or replace them.
