"Over the past few years, our roof had been slowly showing wear and wind had cause a little damage each year to the point that over the past 4 ort 5 years several shingles had been replaced by ourselves. When we were looking for roofing contractors to replace the roof, this was the only Company that had us contact our insurance company to see if they would cover at least part of the damage that was cause by wind over the years. They even came out the day the insurance adjuster came to show him the damage he was seeing. This was also the only company that check the vents in the soffits to make sure that there was actual breathing space for venting and not just there for cosmetic purposes (covering up the previous wood soffit). I feel they went above and beyond what we expected out of a roofing company. Oh and by the way - their prices were very reasonable. Completely satisfied!"

"The Reid's are great people to work with. They arrived bright and early on the day expexted AND returned the next day to finish the job. Jason replaced an existing step and repaired the corner of the existing deck. He took care to try and solve a drainage issue which was part of the reason for our problem. The new step and railing will probably outlast the rest of the deck. He also designed a little flair into the step for visual interest. He had his crew vaccuum the grass around the worksite for excess sawdust and wood scraps. They left my backyard as clean as before they arrived. They are a great family business who take pride in their work and are fun to work with. I can't wait to have another project for them. We've had several different projects in the past and had bad experiences with other contractors. It's refreshing to find good people to work with."

Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural.
