"Every other review on here is right on. First, Cesar is awesome. He called me back right away on a Sunday night (not expected) and was able to make time to see me the next day. He found a boiler (which I have heard is not very easy right now) and had it to my house for the end of the week. He had the old failing heater out and the new one installed (nice, clean install) in one day. Throughout the entire process he was very communicative. The crew wore masks in the house (as did we) when interacting with us which I appreciated and they were very careful to treat the house with care by putting down runners, taking off shoes, shoe covers, etc. Today (second day) they came back and are doing a final cleanup and reviewing any last minute issues. I screwed them up and caused an issue with a T-Stat and Cesar took the time to a. fix it and b. make sure I understood the right way to do it and how to configure it going forward. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. I am beyond impressed and feel very lucky that I found them for my boiler. The price was very reasonable especially considering the time frame they were able to turn it around in."

"I had Sam come over to fix a leaking issue in my A/C unit. It turned out that some key components of my unit were totally molded and broken and not usable anymore. They came and identified the issue quickly, and proposed a plan that targeted the issue well, instead of asking me to replace the whole thing, which I really appreciate. Through the whole process they worked very diligently and proactively, and put the quality of the work as a priority. Now my AC is working again without the issue of leaking. I have to give them a 5 star on this project."

"Truly impressed by Garden State Water Heaters. I needed to have my water heater replaced. I submitted an online request to them (and others) in the morning and heard a reply within 30 mins (30 mins!). I still havenâ  t heard a reply from some of the other companies. I spoke with Carmine (professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient). He asked me a number of questions, had me send him a couple pics of my old unit and the surrounding area, and then quoted me a price and told me he could have the work done that day (that day!). Roger and Chris, from Garden State Water Heaters, came and completed the replacement of my water heater. These guys are intensely skilled and efficient! I was impressed by the solid install work, the helpful suggestions about future maintenance (which I could do myself), the price, and the great and friendly attitude from Roger and Chris! They did the work, removed my old and somewhat nasty unit, and actually left the area around the heater cleaner than when they arrived. They have my vote, and they earned any and all of my future business."
