At least two of the visits had to do with our own "mistakes". He also returns once a year to provide manufacturer recommended maintenance for a small fee. He has given us sage advice to ensure we do all we can to keep the system running as efficiently as possible, and he is always friendly and courteous. "It was around thanksgiving and Rob came over quick. I thought we only had an issue with one radiator but it turned out none of them were working properly. He got all of them working right except the cold one I called him about. But he wouldnâ t give up and eventually was able to fix that too! He is quite knowledgeable and when he is stumped at first, I could see the wheels spinning in his head as he meticulously thought things out. We have an old, weird system. He welcomed the challenge and stayed to completion. AND Iâ m sure saved me a lot of money from other big name companies. Lastly, Iâ m a paralyzed Iraq vet also with a brain injury.
