Friendly and honest, always explained the process and made sure I was satisfied and happy with what he and his team did. More importantly he understood that money was tight for us. We had a tree fall on our back deck, damaging gutter. Had another limb fall on separate occasion which caused opening into Eve so had squirrels in there. I wanted the gutters replaced on entire house and his price was more than fair. So we went with that. He took down two downspouts in front and one in back that were eyesores without me asking, as part of the project. Ensured they were not needed and honestly we never thought about it. Definitely improved the overall look of the House. He also would not leave until I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED!! Walked through several times, tweaking and fixing small things! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!"

"Kevin from LeafFilter came out to inspect my gutters. He was very knowledgeable, and informed me about the system I had, and that they were unable to service it if I wanted to keep my warranty. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."
