He explained every option that was available to assure we made an informed decision on our project. We had our trim and porch wrapped and new gutters, with leaf guards, on the entire house. "Kevin from LeafFilter came out to inspect my gutters. He was very knowledgeable, and informed me about the system I had, and that they were unable to service it if I wanted to keep my warranty. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."
