Austad performed a flat roof replacement. Their bid was right in the middle of four that we got but the estimator, the business owner himself provided the most thorough explanation of how the work should be done so we chose them. The job was completed on schedule, there was a slight oversight, human error but the company responded right away and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. Austad was professional from first contact through bids, construction, clean up and follow up.

Allen Austad was very nice and worked to establish a good personal relationship and did not just want to get the contract signed and the job done. The work they completed was beautiful. The workers did a great quality job, but they were messy and didn't do a very good job of cleaning up. They removed lumber stickers/tags and threw them in the yard and left cigarette butts all over the place. I also had to clean scrap lumber, screws, and other construction debris out of my gutters and grass. Overall though I was very happy with the job.

The flat roof was installed perfectly. The only problem we had was a mis-communication on our part over the design of a fence and railing we wanted replaced around the edge and an error on Austads part in the way it was originally installed. Austads was very accommodating. They redesigned and replaced the fence to our satisfaction. The crew was very nice to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed their services.
