RMZ contractor was very knowledgeable and was patient in his explanation of the work required. I needed exterior stucco repairs. He was very prompt in responding to my request for service. The job was to clean gutters and drain in front and back. Then replace drywall where damage had been made from leak of gutters and lead pipe. Fixed problem with gutters and drain quickly and neatly. The problem was the drywall work. Took too many days to complete due to other jobs.
