AL and his crew did an amazing job building or new deck. They were very accomidating when we decided to add 2 extra feet on the project near the end of completion. The end result looks amazing and the cost was very resonable. I will have Al back again for a few other jobs needing done. (Finishing a Basement)

I requested a Handyman to repair the lock in a latch on my storm door. Al Rios, of Rios Construction, promptly called me the same afternoon and had the lock repaired in short order. This was a situation where a repair person could have told me I needed to order a complete new latch replacement, but Al was experienced with installing doors of this type and fixed the problem, without ordering an expensive part I was happy to learn that Al is a State Licensed Builder and does major interior and exterior jobs, and I plan to call him back for a kitchen sink installation. Al is prompt, professional, and reasonable.
