"3 small jobs-repair a drywall and install a shelf and poles in 2 closets. All three completed and work area cleaned. It is very difficult to get anyone to do small maintenance type jobs in the home. "Armao Brothers did a great job on our roof repair. We had a leak coming into the house. They responded the same evening within an hour of our Angi's List posting. They sent out people the next morning! The team they sent out photographed for us obvious holes and repairs that needed to be made around vent penetrations and near our ridge vent. We agreed on a price and they made the repairs that same day. Unfortunately for all of us, the leak was much more insidious. Armao had to return to our house three times making more repairs. The return visits were no charge. On the third return visit a team of two people repeatedly went in and out of our attics and up on the roof, found the crafty leak, and made repairs; this took them much of the day. Each time we had to re-contact Armao, they immediately came out to do more work. "Called me back the same day as my request. Gave a quote the next day and it was not a very big job and and did the job the next day. From Thursday to Saturday and the job was done. The roof was 3 stories on an older home with a slate roof and a very steep pitch. They replaced a dozen or so tiles including a roof ridge cap and repaired a soffit piece. They did check all of the roof and the chimney and vent pipe for leaks. Told me my roof was in great shape. They also installed a 6x8 fence panel that was damaged in the last windstorm. They had the work done in a few hours and it is perfect. They were mindful of the extensive landscape and very careful. They were polite, courteous, and friendly. No trying to upsell more work. I also asked about doing more small jobs and they were quick to say they would be back in a few days. Hard to find good honest capable people who know how to properly do the job. I recommend them completely. Their price was very good."
