Flat Roof Contractors in Longwood, FL (Florida)

The process was fairly easy from quote to completion. Over the Top Roofers took care of permitting, installation and clean-up. Project was quoted to take 2-3 days, but actual labor only took 1 day. The were not the lowest price, but I don't shop only by price as you usually get what you pay for. They were happy to recommend other contractors for gutters, siding, painting etc. I did end up going with their recommended gutter contractor. Out of the 7 bids received for replacing a large, residential, flat roof, I chose Over the Top Roofers, LLC. Their bid wasn't the lowest, nor the highest. I was glad I picked them. About half way through the project, significant rain and cold weather interfered, causing some problems with the project. Jim Maddy and Gregg Bovich were quick to respond and fix the problems efficiently, professionally and to my satisfaction. No one has a problem when things go well. How a problem is handled when things don't is the true measurement of a person or an organization. Over the Top Roofers handled all the problems very well. I highly recommend them.
