I was very impressed with BM Home Improvement from the very first phone to the conclusion of work. I requested to have a gliding door checked and installed properly. There professionalism and communication was so refreshing that I hired them to fix my front door and the surrounding drywall and to check and correct my fireplace for air leaking into the house. They did a great job and have called back several times to check if I was still satisfied with there work. Absolutely and I will hire them to replace my fence and deck over the next few months.

BM Home Improvement fixed a pocket door on my rental property in Alexandria in Jan 2013. All the arrangements and coordination were done mainly via e-mail and text. Bryan was very responsive. He emailed a detailed estimate that included the repair steps and final price. Once the contract was signed, he worked directly with the tenant to schedule the repair. The tenant stated that he was very professional and completed the work within the proposed duration. Repair was great! It looked just like it was before. BM Home Improvement will be my go-to vendor for any handyman work in the future.

Not only was the work done to satisfaction, but the contractors took the extra step of making sure the rooms were clean (to include vacuuming). They were very detailed in their work and did a great job.
