They understood the style I wanted. I bought most of my furniture through them, and I was able to reject some suggested items; they never tried to force any selection on me. All furnishings they picked were of top-quality. When the vertical blinds were a bit too long (due to an uneven floor), they made sure the company came back to fix them. They were even able to get me a custom-made desk and when the glass top was cut a bit too short, they responded immediately with a new one. Very professional and they worked hard to get everything ready for Thanksgiving. Would definitely hire them again.
