I have a low pitch membrane torch fired roof with large overhangs that were damaged in the storm. This comjpany was the only one who respsonded in good time. Listedned to what I said and demonstrated that they knew roofs and roofing. Out of 8 contacts made these people were the only truly responsive and knowledgeable.

Comment: The roof is in the center of the townhouse building where 3 other units are next to each other and theirs are open (no roof). The repair person has to get a ladder up from front then down to get to the area unless he can clime from the skylight inside (only thin person will be able to). I believe it's tar and graval. Leaking bad and need to repair right away but I will compare estimate.
