I had timely reply to my initial request for a bid and the owner was good about scheduling a time to give a free estimate around my schedule. The only draw back was he took more than a week to provide the actual estimate, so I hired someone else who priced a comparable price...the only reason I was able to use SWS was the other did not produce a quality of work suitable in other types of services so I cancelled the trimwork. Once I agreed to use SWS they were quick to schedule the work and guaranteed my satisfaction prior to payment. The materials were provided by me and the work was done with professionalism and met my high standards.
