The company I had that installed my floor is out business. Every flooring company said they could not do this job. "My parents has a really old water heater that needed replacing and J and J came to their rescue right away with exceptional customer service, pricing, and quality of work. J&J contacted me within 15 mins after I sent out a request on Angi. I had only sent one quote request because it was my first time ever using Angi and didnâ t know what to expect. So glad I went with my instinct and chose J&J out of the list of many. Within just a few hours, J&J arrived at the house with the water heater and did their magic! Karol even installed a safety pipe that my parents did not have for 23 years and explained thoroughly why it is needed and gave more safety advice which my dad really appreciates. My dad is a very difficult man to please but he is very happy with J&J! My parents are elderly and have an old house that by now, most things are breaking so I have been helping and working with many companies to fix so many things for the house this past year, including a new roof replacement just 2 weeks ago. "Needed new shower head installed and leaking/not working shower and bathtub facets repaired in an 88 year old bathroom. The first plumber who came said had to bust up tile, cut wall, replace all new piping and facets, repair wall, install new tile and on and on. "Going to be very expensive." My response: "not happening." Called Mike Wallace. He was upfront from the start giving me pricing (over the phone) for visit and first 3 hours of labor if I agreed with his plan. Turns out all I needed was new valve seats and stem and new shower head. I sent him pic of shower head I wanted; and he brought it with him. Job done same day in a few hours! He said "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Now that's my kind of plumber! Give Mike a try, don't think you'll regret it."

"My job was for grout repair around the rim of my bathtub, as well as removing and replacing the silicone seal around the tub. Jason from Titanium Grout Lines called quickly, and gave me a good price over the phone. After reading the reviews, I decided to hire them. Jason said they could come the next day. Mike came on time, inspected the whole tub enclosure, and cleaned and/or repaired whatever was needed. He went above and beyond what I expected, cleaning between tiles and around the fixtures and grab rails. When he was done, the tub area looked like brand new. He had already packed up his stuff and was ready to leave when he noticed that the caulking around my radiator needed replacement, and he did it for me. Mike did a great job, he was very pleasant and professional, and I am completely satisfied. I will use them again."
