"Renato and his team did an amazing job on our backsplash and flooring! They gave us a fair price and were very flexible when our tile ended up being delivered weeks after expected. He and his team worked meticulously and it really shows. They did a great job at keeping the rest of the house clean and dust free while they worked. The job itself went longer than quoted because of some problems that popped up while removing and installing the tile, but they worked extremely hard to meet our deadline. They also built steps leading to the patio and a wall to encase the patio with a fence on top so our pup does not escape. The final project is absolutely breathtaking! In the past 3 years of living here we have not used this patio area so much. I could not be happier with the job they completed. "I knew I was in for a good experience when Chad called to say he was running about 5 minutes late for our estimate meeting. I liked him from the beginning and when he gave me a reasonable price I booked him on the spot. The door was not standard so he had to order it. He let me know about how long that would take right away and then updated me when he heard more. He showed up to install the door when he said he would, which was on a Saturday because I couldn't get free during the week. He worked hard all morning going up and down the stairs. He didn't even take a break. He installed the door exactly as I asked him to and I am very happy with the end product. "Smart Landscaping did an excellent job start to finish. Hind site being what it is, I recommend doing irrigation system in early spring as its easier to fill in the areas they had to dig (they did this, but hard to see everything that needed it in July). Also, I had delays finding a good plumber who could meet Framingham's irrigation meter requirements - in the end I went with someone they recommended). I broke one of the sprinkler heads adjusting it and they came out and fixed it w/o charging me. Finally, Hunter has a web site that will help you choose proper watering times."
