"Hired Mr. Applicance via Angi to come out and look at our broken washing machine. They quickly contacted me within minutes of my Angi inquiry with some windows of availability. I set it all up over text message, which was great. They texted me with the photo and name of the service tech when he was on the way. Service tech was knowledgable and friendly. After diagnosing the problem, the service tech gave an estimate to replace the damaged console. Since the repair would cost almost as much as a new machine, we decided to replace the washer instead of repairing. We paid the very reasonable service / diagnostic fee. I would use this company again."
