He made us aware of all of the town code requirements up front so as to avoid any potential issues. We were truly impressed and after a day or two decided to engage his services. The job began this past Monday and was completed by Wednesday as promised with minimal downtime without heat. I liked his description of the problem (cracked grout on shower tile floor)...suggested total replacement and also the fact that he was European trained. He took out the old tiles, and the cement sub-floor down to the rubber base, and in 3 separate consecutive mornings did the project..the last day putting a grout sealer.
