One provided an estimate based on pictures I took and then dropped communication when I had questions. The other said they would email me an estimate after sending pictures and I never heard from them. "Caleb was early (on time); he diagnosed the problem (old hose connections for washing machine needed to be replaced); he got the correct hoses and connected them: we have NOT had a problem since. We had a desk that had been damaged some in the moving process and Caleb put the desk back together (nails in the correct place, etc.) and the desk is MUCH BETTER now! Caleb was willing to do a couple other quick on-the-spot projects. Caleb was on-time, efficient, personable, professional, and an excellent worker: definitely worth the $$!!!
