It is so Homeowners can get to Bonita Ave. from inside the Community but they have so much criminal activity they would just like to block it off. They would like it to be an iron fence/gate so it will not get tagged as much and would also like it to be about 7 to 8 feet tall. It also can't touch the homes on either side.
