I was only looking for thermal images.They provided that and more.I received a detailed report along with recomended solutions to problems found.I do recomend outside thermal images be performed after sundown as this will eliminate sun glare and shadow interference resulting in 75% completion of outside surfaces.

Steve spent a lot of time on the phone with me, explaining both his procedures and the results in a concise way. His work was thorough, he was responsive, and I'm pleased with the results.

Based on other prices this was a little higher. At least one other cheaper auditor actually did some of the work to improve home's energy efficiency the same day audit was done & all for a lesser price
