"My AC unit went out for the third time in 3 months. I stupidly called the same repair company that fixed it the first 2 times and charged me a ton of money both time (yes, AIR PROS, I mean you). I refused another $800 repair. Air I Am called me at 10pm to ask me about the problem. They had a service tech at my home less than an hour after I got home. And he fixed the issue in 20 minutes and for $570 less than the company who had ALREADY FIXED IT TWICE (AIR PROS) wanted me to pay them. I will never call another repair company again. I wish there were extra stars for the extra care they showed me and my family. Air I Am is my repair company from now on."
