Perfect Property Services not only showed up when they said they would, but started the job on time, and did a beautiful job. From flood cleanup, to demolition of the old foundation, and building of the new basement, Chuck was always the professional. He went above and beyond to put the house back in better condition than it was to begin with. His masonry skills are unmatched in my book, and the replacement of the wooden deck, walkways, and stairs would impress the most critical. Chuck is fair, honest, and dependable.
