Final price was a bit more than over the phone estimate as they encountered some other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed (but only could be know with a physical inspection); but took the time to explain why; they made it clear that it was my decision. Anthony and Lou were courteous and very careful. I think this the first time I had ever had a home repair done where they left to work area cleaner than when they arrived. I also appreciated that Anthony took Time to explain key features of the new unit, and some steps to extend its useful life. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs."
