"Mike at M&F was amazing. I had already had a different plumber come out and diagnose my water heater issue (which I later found out was incorrect). But that plumber couldn't get the part for 7-10 days. When I called Mike to get a quote on a new install, he asked me several questions to get an understanding of what was going on and he ended up calling the manufacturer for me (without ever having been to my house) to get the part. He was able to get it the next day and came to my house to install it. He gave me great advice about repairing it vs. trying to get a new one. And he quickly discovered the real issue with the water heater - a bird in the motor. He was super nice, explained everything thoroughly, easy to get in touch with, came out quickly and charged a very reasonable rate $125 compared to other plumbers around. The other plumber charged me $225 just to come out and spend an hour diagnosing the problem (by calling the manufacturer and letting them do the trouble shooting). I will definitely use M&F for all my plumbing needs. They were great."
