Comment: I am not interested in buying one of your windows; I have already purchased a year ago (3) Milgard Tuscany 4'x4' windows. I want these installed into the smaller 2'x2'(?) size holes that are already in the basement. I want to know price per each, or if I get a 'group' discount for doing 3. Permits; do you pull them or do I? Also do you need one for this type of job?
