"One contractor sent a polite refusal to bid on the job, pleading overload, however he did say he would have had to charge $6500. Chris Card bid $4524, which I accepted. I had told him that I would leave the timing and scheduling of the landscaping in his hands. His crew of workers arrived and they worked like beavers removing the sod in both front and back yards in one day. The preparation of the yards: tilling the ground; removing the roots; replacing and repairing the sprinklers; raking and leveling the ground; installing two 6' x 6' flagstone patios under two fruit trees; and re-laying new Bio Turf sod covered a period of 10 days. We are very happy with the results and we were very satisfied with how courteous, clean, and industrious the workers were. Chris, himself, is very personable, charismatic, and exhibits the traits of a good employer. He cares for his men. Thank you for recommending Chris to us. . "Fransico and his team did an excellent job. Their bid was very competitive and well-priced. They took out our existing grass, set up a drip sprinkler system, installed rock, and put in a paver walking path. His team worked quickly but did a very nice job. I was highly impressed with the paver walkway. It needed to be curved, which is not easy, and they nailed it. Looks great. Francisco communicated well and often. I am very excited to see our front yard now. I would use them again for another project."

"Joseph Bushman did a wonderful job on our back yard. We absolutely love how it turned out! He built a really cool Man made stone fire pit with A stone bench that we LOVE! Joseph took all the stress out of making decisions on this project. We had some rough plans of what we wanted but asked him for help filling in the blanks He presented some really great ideas that we used. My wife and I arenâ t the best with making decisions so during the project we changed Our minds on some of the plants and couldnâ t decide what plants we should go with. Joseph came over and sat for another hour with us as he talked about all the various plant options and the pros and cons of each plant. I was very impressed with how laid back he was. He wasnâ t annoyed at all with us changing our minds or him needing to spend extra time with us. We did this same thing when I came to the man made stone for the fire pit and bench and he spent more time trying to help us make sure we were comfortable with the color of the stone. Never did he rush us or act annoyed that we changed our minds. In the end, it turned out just how we had envisioned. He did little extra things for us that werenâ t in the contract. He looked for ways to save us money. He is very honest and someone you can trust. There were a couple things in the original bid that we decided not to do and he deducted these off the bill without us asking. He installed an in-ground trampoline, several raised garden boxes, retaining wall, arranged for concrete curbing, installed our vinyl fence, installed new sprinklers and drip lines in the back yard and connected the front yard sprinklers to his new control box so everything was using the same system. He installed lots of bushes and trees and put down sod. Joseph takes pride in his work and delivered a fantastic product! I highly recommend him for anything you need done to your yard. I like That He had a 4â year degree in landscaping so he knew what he was doing."
