That made it so easy to visualize what the final results will look like. He did all that before I decided to work with him! On top of that, his price is also very reasonable. He is proactive, so easy to get along with, and did great work. NDM went beyond the original scope of work we agreed upon (to remove additional fencing) and declined to charge more despite my offer to further compensate. What contractor does that???!
