"this was a gutter cleaning project, and I did inform the company they needed a 50 ft. ladder. The worker showed up without the ladder but rigged up a harness system from the roof and proceeded to clean all the gutters by hand, and then dragged up his water hoses and did a great job flushing out all the downspouts. He bagged all the debris, not a leaf left anywhere. They were on time and did all the work to my complete satisfaction."

Both upstairs and downstairs windows were spotless, and they also took off and cleaned the screens separately.
