"Besides the new furnace installation, we also had central air installed two years earlier. In both cases, we were extremely satisfied with the product and the installation. The install crew for both units were on time, finished in one day, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and explained the process as well as the operation of the unit. "East Coast replaced our gas furnace and water heater. Dave, the salesman, was very easy to work with. He is knowledgeable and listened to our requirements without pressuring us to make the sale and promptly responded to every question and request for a revised quote. East Coast had the best price of the three bids we received. The two young men who did the work were here on time, worked hard and got the job done in one day. They accommodated a Request that we had about placement of controls without hesitation. They left the area very clean and neat. The water heater works fine. We have not had to use the furnace yet but based on my interactions with East Coast to date, I expect excellent customer service should anything not function properly."

"Jeremy was super knowledgeable and very courteous. We had needed an emergent home repair and he arrived promptly to repair the wiring on our water heater and did not leave until we were able to take warm showers- around 11 pm that night. He even tried to sweep and mop our floors!! He then made time in his already booked weekend to help us upgrade an outdated breaker box out of concern for our safety when many other local electricians tried to put us off until well after the weekend. I will certainly be using his services for years to come and I suggest anyone looking for a kind, knowledgeable, TRUSTWORTHY, and genuine electrician pick JMP as well!"

"I lost heat in my home on Friday, this is after I had a local handy-man come on Thursday to bleed my pipes because of water flowing sounds in my base-board, which I also had done last year. I called and waited for the same handy-man to come back on Friday after his regular job and was then I was basically told by the handy-man he probably couldn't do anything further to get it running and recommended I contact a professional. It was now close to 5pm on Friday so I went online and found Select Mechanical Services and filled out the Home Advisor quick on-line question which included how urgent it was and instantly after I did, I received a telephone call from Gary at Select Mechanical and he came on Saturday morning, as I had told Gary I was using electric heaters, so I was okay for Friday night. I don't mean to repeat a previous high rating post, but again he was a great service man, knew his stuff, very friendly and kept me informed of the problems and issues at every stage. I will admit that I had not had my furnace professionally service/cleaned for a couple of years, so Gary had found more than one (1) problem and fixed them all! I highly recommend using Select Mechanical and a Professional."
