Jack was over on time and went into great detail about the old furnace and the new furnace before we ordered. Jared and Tim installed the furnace the next day and were outstanding, updating us as they were putting the furnace in. Jared and Tim covered our floor with long rugs and in the basement as well. It didn't take them long to have the new furnace installed and they cleaned the whole area up before they left. "I was remodeling my house 90 year old house and needed the ductwork redone. I had two big companies take a look at the job, which took a week to get them out, and they would not waste their time if I was not buying a new furnace or AC unit. Theo was a different story, he came out the day after I contacted him and gave a great quote.
