He tore out our old out of date ceramic floor tile in our master bath and replaced it with wood look porcelain planks as well as replacing some dated wall tile with marble mosaic. Looks fantastic. This was a fairly complicated job with many cuts and a less-than-even surface. The end result is beautiful. In fact, his leveling of the floor was so impeccable as to eliminate the need for transition strips between tile and wood. Bonus: Efrain was the only installer who even bothered to investigate what was under the existing floor before giving a quote. Seriously, normally you would need 5 different companies just to do these things, but this small company is so helpful in just making sure clients are comfortable So they ended up doing A LOT for me, especially since there's so much to do for a new apartment , which I greatly appreciate.
