He was very conscientious and was determined to get the job done when it was a little difficult. My condo is a very tall or high building where the work to be done is on the roof. He was able to get up there and get it done. Other contractors came and could not do it. I was very satisfied.

I was not present at my relative’s house when the maintenance was being performed but I was confident that he did his job because he recognized some things that only someone who actually did the work would know. We will use his company again and I recommend his services.

Excellent!! Itâ s a wonderful thing to meet someone who is kind , considerate, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand what the issue is and what is the solution! I really appreciate the time he took to explain things to me and made the sure my AC unit was up and working in a timely manner. I chose Mr. Orcasitas because he is a local small business and had great reviews on Angie. All those great reviews were right. Amazingly for the day after a major holiday, I heard from him right away and he and his apprentice were able to come by in less than an hour. They quickly sized up the situation and were able to get my compressor running using parts they had on hand. Both were very professional and friendly. They really know their stuff. They managed to finish up just as the rains began. Great timing! My cat friend looks a lot happier already. I'd give them six stars if I could.
