nice, friendly but did not do the job for the time and price quoted over phone. Took 3 hrs instead of 2 and job not completed. Juandrigua did adjust price. Not sure they are really both professional cleaners, left soap scum on shower initially and then had to reclean with different procuct, used kitchen sink for mop bucket without asking, furniture wipe down left spots on wood, missed dirt in tighter areas. Overall, I thought $175 was pretty expensive for the work done.

We know how important time is to our clients, we provide quotes at a reasonable time schedule to ensure that we have adequate time to perform the work, inspect the work and provide time for a walk through with the customer. Unfortunately, in this case, the customer did not permit us to implement our processes and procedures to ensure satisfactory service. The soap scum that the customer mentioned was not soap scum, it was the result of an inferior cleaning product in which the customer had saturated on all counter tops, sink, tub and shower areas, in an attempt to remove built up dirt and grim which accumulated in these areas. This product dried, resulting in a chalky residue. We spent an abundant amount of time removing this product from these surfaces, resulting in a huge delay in our cleaning schedule. Our company have the upmost respect for our client?s property and would not disrespect it in anyway. We utilized water in the kitchen sink to thoroughly clean the sink and counter top areas. If the client would have permitted us to complete our work, we would have had the opportunity to provide a walk through to address any cleaning concerns. ? Thank you for your feedback

Juandriqua was really great! She was very accommodating, and worked hard with me to meet my very tight schedule. Moving is stressful! The last thing I had time for was to clean my home before closing. She was so friendly, was really great at communicating with me, and she and her employees did a really great job cleaning my home. I would not hesitate to call her!
