"I moved into my condo with a Viking stove 5 years ago. It was put in ten years before that and from what I can tell, has never been professionally cleaned. I would attempt to do it myself but came to the conclusion I needed help. I had so much trouble finding a company in Boston that would do residential cleaning and finally stumbled upon Shawn on HomeAdvisor. The before and after state were remarkable. I plan to have Shawn come back once a year to help with general upkeep. I didn't realize how dirty my hood/vents were until after he cleaned them. The oven looks news. "The owner of the company, Vinny, has excellent customer service, very professional work, and many years of experience and knowledge. He was very thorough with inspecting and evaluating the problems that needed to be fixed with my chimney. Everything was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. We knew we needed a huge repair on our old chimney, including repointing, a cap, flashing, several broken bricks needed to be replaced due to the age of my house, and a lifetime guaranteed stainless steel liner. Vinny gave an excellent and fair price for the work that was done. "Michael from You & Me Seamless Gutters was a pro from the first phone call. I had bad experiences with past gutter guys, ranging from overcharging to shoddy service. I called around to a number of services and when Michael picked up the phone and started to tell me about You & Me, how they work and even gave me a real price for my gutter cleaning over the phone, (not an estimate) I knew I would be giving them a shot at my business. He came when he said and did the job, but the real reason for my review is when I had birds recently build a nest in my gutters, I called Michael. He came immediately and removed the blockage in the downspouts. We discussed gutter screens which he said would be costly and not effective, so he came back a week later with a cost effective solution: mesh cylinders to protect the downspouts from future nest building. You & Me is will be my gutter service for this house and all future houses. Professional, polite and very good value for the cost."
