He listened and delivered exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price which included clearing out a great deal of weeds, creating retaining walls with customized capstones, placing river rock, leveling the soil within the retaining wall area, and filling in with mulch. His crew was courteous, worked hard in a timely manner, and did a great job in cleaning up. My husband and I are very impressed and grateful for the hard work they accomplished. The work itself was done almost to perfection for a very reasonable cost, including a cash discount. This is a small, family firm with people who are very pleasant to deal with and are willing to address any of your preferences or complaints immediately and helpfully. They also work with a very competent and reasonable electrician for lighting, etc. Finally, I was assured by their boss, David Arroyo, that his crew -- who worked in excellent spirits -- are decently paid for their work. We had a couple areas where the sod started to brown up on the edges and Johnny came out with his crew and replaced it within a week. No extra charge.
