"We had a through the wall air conditioner that needed to be replaced. The new one was smaller and drywall and molding work needed to be done for it to fit. Brain came to look at the project on a Thursday, had a price for us that same day, and was back to do the work that following Monday. He installed the new air conditioner with the outside cage and did the drywall and molding around it. He was extremely polite, efficient, and did excellent work! I would definitely hire him again. Bonus: he was even super friendly with our dog!"

"I normally do not take the time to do reviews but Mike is an exception. My mother needed her front porch re-painted. Upon arrival, Mike was punctual and with a "one of the guys" persona. I described what needed to be done and with a professional manner, he said he'll handle it. Fast forward in time when all was said and done, not only was the porch completely done but he noticed that the entrance door trim needed touching up and went ahead and did that without charging me extra! You are what you do not what you say and Mike is both professional and makes you feel like family. 10/10 would recommend."

"Total removal of front stucco wall and rebuild with brick plus installation of new cornice, steps, door. Workers among the most professional I have had and the result is fantastic. Very high quality workmanship. Not cheap but "value" is more than price alone. Also, John provided support when we were not home and a PECO workman almost caused a fire -- he fought (successfully) to have them fix the problem with their wires which would have affected our house. Liked the work so much, I had them do another job right away rebuilding back steps and lowering crawl space in basement. Quickly done and great job. Good guy. Highly recommend."

"I had a small water spot that I wanted fixed. It turned out to be a MAJOR project with alot of hidden water damage! Ian helped me find a contractor to replace the damaged wood, fix the roof leak and then he replaced all the drywall, put new insulation in the wall, painted everything, even repaired the crown moulding. Then cleaned everything up, put furniture back. It looks great, as if all that damage never existed! And at a reasonable price!!!!! Highly recommend Top Tier!"
