So far, I have engaged Pedro Antezana of Gipsy Floors only for a quote. I do intend to use his services, as I found his manner to be courteous and professional and I found his initial advice to be informed. Also, his quotes on refinishing or replacing my floors seem reasonable.

Justin has been wonderful about satisfying my desires for a specific type of wood flooring. He made a special effort to find flooring samples that met my desires and needs. He is a respectful and courteous professional. The only criticism: Communication on the status of the requests is infrequent and inconsistent. The actual work on the project has not been initiated, so I cannot yet speak about the quality of the work.
