Mr. Martel was very professional on both his initial phone call and when he called to let me know that he had encountered an unavoidable delay in his arrival time. I particularly appreciated the fact that he called to let me know of the problem so we could reschedule. He was very courteous, very efficient and professional in the repair work that he did, walked me through what he would have to do to accomplish the repairs and was very neat in his work. I would definitely recommend his services.
