Comment: New move-in home lease tenant here. Above counter rim Kohler stainless steel sink with updated plumbing has no garbage disposal. No visible electrical outlet under sink cabinet, but under counter mount dishwashe is next to sink so electric is likely available. Install a 2 year minimum warranty 1/2 or 3/4hp disposal.
