We hired Jim and his team of professionals after a devastating pipe burst in our kitchen. The water damage destroyed floor, trim, carpet, ceiling tiles and other fixtures. Before calling, we decided it would be best for us to replace the piping in the home as it was the old polybutylene pipes and how much more damage could we really endure over time? Knowing what we wanted to have done, Jim and his team came through, delivered a competitive quote, respected our home and our family, heard our ideas and gave us some creative options to choose from. When you go through something with so much damage, you feel you are at the mercy of others, but for the first time in our disaster, we were able to make a decision in the process and we are very happy with the one we made in selecting Jim and his team. They were quick, thorough and very detail oriented. They replaced all of the plumbing in our home, installed new tile/grout in our bathroom, kitchen floor, front and back door entry ways, replaced trim, tucked carpet, installed new toilets and shower fixtures, replaced damaged ceiling tiles, reinstalled light fixtures and did a wonderful job with replacement drywall and matching texture. We are so pleased with the work of Jim and his team. They were professional, timely, communicated every step of the way and we are very happy with the detail behind their work. I would definitely higher them again and my husband and I highly recommend them.
