This was a sewer cleanout install. The sewer backed up after a few days but they came to clean out whatever had gotten in the way. There was no additional charge to clean and inspect the line. 1I suspect it was some dirt that fell back in the line.

Clean, professional, prompt, and reasonable. I had Rooter Guy service for a sewer backup, and they offered me an alternative repair that fit my budget that has worked well since the repair. They put a clean-out in my front yard and did not destroy my landscaping. They were careful and courteous about the job. I have had them back twice for yearly maintenance, and both times they gave me the same high level of service as I have learned to expect from them.

Comment: Already had Roto Rooter try to clear the line but unable to. Had same done three years ago and pulled out roots, yet this time suspect the clay pipe has shifted, can't get the rooter past the 40 foot point. Camera run but same problem. Line direction was marked. At this location is a medium sized bush and most likely the roots from a tree that is about 10 feet away. I'm intersted in all options such as isolated repair of the line, full replacement or lining.
